Food & Beverage Positions:
Executive Chef: Lead our culinary team in creating innovative and delectable menus for Harvest and 1320 Market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in upscale dining, menu development, and kitchen management.
Sous Chef: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining quality standards.
Food and Beverage Manager: Lead and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals to exceed guest expectations. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
