The Scheduler position is the first line of defense in communication between all customers and Field Service. As such, you will speak to customers on a daily basis and should be able to effectively communicate in a highly professional manner. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and you must be able to adapt and pivot as plans quickly change. Must have exceptional organizational skills, great communication, and attention to detail.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee dispatching board
- Monitor and adjust the schedule as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected events
- Communicate with customers to organize installation and service dates
- Communicate with travel agent and technicians to organize travel to customer's locations
- Organize and send out work orders and required letters for technicians
- Manage and maintain updated passports and required visas for all technicians
