Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including ambulatory surgery centers and medical imaging facilities

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care:
- Administer preventative health services, including medical diagnostic investigations and vaccinations.
- Prepare and administer IV and IM therapies, ensuring precise and safe delivery.
- Perform vascular access/cannulation with exceptional skill.
- Execute phlebotomy and collect genetic material for analysis.
- Bring to life Recoveries vision by creating memorable client experiences.
Health Education:
- Educate patients on basic concepts in preventative health and REVIV's solutions.
- Empower patients to make informed decisions regarding their health optimization and protection.
Clinical Competence:
- Demonstrate competence in IV medication/infusion mixing and IM injections.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies, including infection control.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in preventative health and IV therapy.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain patient records accurately and comprehensively within the REVIV EMR system.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
Concierge Services:
- Provide clinical services in various settings, including homes, hotels, and commercial properties.
- Offer exceptional care and support during concierge calls.
Professional Development:
- Participate in continuing education to maintain RN licensure and stay informed about industry developments.
- Attend training courses and engage with REVIV Academy for ongoing growth.
Safety and Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of the clinic, ensuring it's safe and operational.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of state-of-the-art equipment.
- Proactively troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the club team, club managers, and Medical Director.
- Serve as a clinical professional role model and support the induction program for new employees.
Financial Reporting:
- Complete all financial data accurately within the Electronic Medical Record/POS System.
- Assist with daily reconciliation of cash and card payments.
Key Holder Responsibilities:
Maintain security and oversee clinic operations during opening hours.
Flexibility to work a minimum of 2 shifts weekly, accommodating patient appointments as required.
Requirements:
Active in-state RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
Proficiency in IV therapy and excellent vascular access skills.
