Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement engaging social media strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling, brand-consistent text, image, and video content designed to engage target audiences and promote brand awareness and loyalty.
- Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a content calendar with individualized media strategies for different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Performance Analysis: Utilize various analytic tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with and respond to followers and customers through various social media platforms to foster a strong sense of community.
- Trend Utilization: Maintain a relevant and effective online presence by leveraging trends and new technologies.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other departments to achieve coherent and comprehensive brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Campaign Development: Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Paid Advertising Optimization: Optimize paid social media advertising campaigns and strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports of social media campaigns and strategies to company leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all social media activities adhere to legal and ethical standards and the company’s policies and procedures.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure social media content is optimized for search engines to increase organic visibility and align with SEO strategies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating and documenting company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communications, or business-related field.
- 1-3 years experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Social media savvy, with excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with video editing.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Ability to stay current on social media best practices as well as follow trends and updates within healthcare.
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to and maintain the company brand voice and communicate properly with customers/followers.
