Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the physical facilities and grounds of our community. From preventive maintenance to addressing resident requests, your efforts will ensure our community remains safe and aesthetically appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
- Proactively identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Service Technician.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace and passing pre-employment screenings.
