LA Epic Club Crawls (a division of The Epic Group) is a nationwide top-ranked nightlife company, specializing in creating unforgettable nightlife experiences in the top party destinations around the world, like Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Nashville, Austin and of course, Las Vegas. We are a family-owned business based out of Las Vegas. We are expanding nationwide rapidly and we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent organization and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Major Responsibilities
- Oversee successful running of all crawls and events in all cities
- Oversee successful operations in the office of operations and administrative team
- Support tour staff during hours of crawl operations
- 2-3 monthly event check-ins on our Las Vegas tours
- Create weekly lineups for all locations
- Manage private crawl inquiries and bookings
- Weekly tracking reports
- Reputation management and conflict resolution
- Assist with expansion and research of new locations
- General administrative duties as needed
Desired Skills
- Previous Management Roles: Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Intermediate Skills in Excel and Google Docs: Proficiency in both Excel and Google Docs is required for efficient administrative tasks.
- Knowledge or experience working in nightlife or hospitality
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop unique events and experiences that set the venue apart from competitors.

Schedule
- In Office approx 35 hours week, Tuesday - Saturday (Off Sunday and Monday)
- On call for urgent staff calls when tours are running, primarily Friday and Saturday nights (out of office)
- Must be available to work major holiday weekends, including: Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween week, and New Year’s Eve Weekend. (We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Starting Pay: $800 - $950 / week, pending experience. Room for growth in both title and salary based on performance.
