Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a vital link between our executive team and prospective clients in the healthcare systems industry, you will showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding client needs and facilitating the sales process from start to finish. Ultimately, you will contribute to an increase in sales and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare systems industry.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling.
- Collaborate closely with our C-suite, VP of Growth and Partnerships, marketing, and product development teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, best practices, changes, and regulations to ensure our clients receive the best solutions.
- Attend industry events and conduct in-person and remote meetings with prospective clients as needed.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and the team.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients alongside the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- English proficiency with some Spanish. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- 5+ years of sales experience in account management, content production, marketing, or enterprise/tech sales; healthcare industry experience is REQUIRED.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Familiarity with content creation and digital platforms and technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Frequent travel is to be expected; some driving might be required.
- U.S.-based, working remotely.
