Overview:
Join us in providing top-notch relocation services tailored to the unique needs of our clients and transferees. As a Relocation Consultant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for individuals and families. From policy consultation to hands-on assistance, you'll be at the forefront of making relocation a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Relocation Policy Consultation: Clarify and communicate client relocation policies to transferees
- Ensure adherence to policies and manage exceptions as guided by the client
- Relocation Services:
Assess transferee needs and provide tailored services, including: Temporary LivingHome Marketing and Sale (BVO and GBO)Mortgage ConsultationHome Purchase and Rental AssistanceExpense ManagementHousehold Goods MovementPre-hire Tours, and moreCoordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including Client Services Manager, internal/external service providers, and clients
Monitor progress and ensure transferee satisfaction
Maintain organized files and a computer database of assigned activities
Regularly communicate and coordinate with transferees and agents
Uphold a professional and positive work attitude, representing CapRelo in a positive manner
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 3+ years of relocation home sale experience (BVO/GBO expertise required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer and data management experience
- International experience is a plus (not required)
