Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Understand customer needs to propose suitable security and low voltage solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations via web conferencing tools.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong understanding of security and low voltage systems preferred.

Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in the security or low voltage industry.

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
