Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role within the marketing department, focusing on the organization and execution of brand events and the coordination of marketing assets. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and support the broader marketing initiatives of the company.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing projects, campaigns, vendor days.
- Provide logistical support and ensure that all materials and assets are aligned with campaign goals.
- Use project management tools and knowledge to track and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Administrative Support:
- Pull and organize reports depending on business needs.
- Route mapping for vendor and store touches.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain records of business activities.
Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of company events, including local and out-of-state engagements.
- Select venues, manage vendors, and handle logistics to ensure successful event execution.
- Upload and attach all necessary receipts and invoices for budget tracking
Asset Coordination:
- Manage the creation, distribution, and storage of marketing assets. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to produce and deliver marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content on schedule.
Social Media Management:
- Post engaging content and stories on social media platforms.
- Respond to messages and interact with followers to increase engagement and build community.
Vendor Relations:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Work closely with the procurement manager and team to coordinate vendor activities.
Budget Management:
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing activities, ensuring that invoices, receipts, and spends associated with projects are filed and submitted correctly within each area of business. .
Compliance and Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with industry regulations and company branding guidelines. Create and maintain compliance records for each legal state
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries thoughtfully, and consistently by building template responses, escalating any issues and identifying trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Experienced with Monday.com or other Project Management tools
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
