You will be a key member of the PMO within the Lab Products & Services Division (LPS) which specializes in market leading life science research and pharmaceutical laboratory products & services to different industries worldwide. You will apply your solid knowledge & experience in project management to successfully lead the delivery of various commercial, new product introduction, sustaining & operational projects.
What you will accomplish together with us:
- In this role, you will manage projects from ideation to global commercialization. The projects range in size & scope from sustaining engineering / consumables & reagents to significant & complex strategic projects with hardware & software elements.

You will form engaged and motivated cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization, driving the tactical project execution, establishing the project charter and robust schedule ensuring registers for risks, issues, decisions & lessons are maintained.

Delivery of concise project reporting to aid prompt decision-making by Management & Leadership. You will employ a range of tools, techniques and methods for this including critical path analysis, scenario development and recommendations.

Apply a range of project management planning approaches including predictive / waterfall, hybrid, adaptive / agile methodologies according to project need and maintain and develop appropriate project KPIs and dashboards, supporting ongoing improvements.

Proactively mitigate project risks and independently resolve issues and crises with Product Management, Marketing, Product Development, Operations & Corporate Functions, keeping Leadership Team / Steering Committee appraised of progress, driving alignment and decision making within the Leadership & Steering Committee structure.
What will convince us:

You have a Bachelor’s degree biology, biochemistry, engineering, computer sciences or other related sciences with 2+ years’ experience in project management within life science, healthcare, automotive, aerospace or similar industry. Or, Associate’s degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience.

PMP, PRINCE2 or other recognized Project Management Qualifications preferred.

You possess proficiency in MS Suite, including MS Project, and experience of PMO enterprise tools preferred.

Experienced in forecasting & managing project budgets and reporting on project financials to support decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English with the ability to understand multicultural differences in regions.
