TE Certified Heating & Cooling is hiring and training HVAC Install Helpers! This entry-level position will take a candidate with basic HVAC experience to the next level. This is a long-term career opportunity with training for someone with some exposure to the HVAC industry (recent HVAC school graduate, new construction, duct working, sheet metal, copper refrigerant lines, install, helper, etc.) to take the next step in their career.

Expectations:
The ideal candidate will possess a good attitude and enjoy working hard. Must be mechanically minded and have a general knowledge of tools and some HVAC experience already. The prospective candidate must be willing to learn and apply themselves to this opportunity and become a master HVAC technician.
HVAC apprentices trained by TE Certified can earn over $100,000 a year as an HVAC technician.
Position Requirements:
- An HVAC certification with a background in physical labor, or 1-3 years of HVAC experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have a good attitude and enjoy working.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a clean background, and ability to pass a drug test/maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
- Must have a good command of the English language.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, an iPad.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, do extensive kneeling, squatting and stooping (often in cramped quarters such as attics or crawlspaces),and be able to lift over 50 pounds.
- All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and driving record check.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
