Job Duties:
- Sort and distribute daily mail.
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Manage office supply purchasing and inventory.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Scanning and filing documents.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Billing.
- Manage utility billing process.
- Greet visitors and accept deliveries, vendor invoices, and tenant inquiries.
- Answering telephones as needed.
- Running errands as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous accounting experience preferred.
- Must maintain the ability to multitask and have high attention to detail.
- The ideal candidate will be analytical have have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
