```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote physical, cognitive, and social development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
```Experience```
Must have DCF 45 Hours completed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a childcare or daycare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage children in various subjects, including math, literacy, and physical education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children who have special education needs is a plus
