We provide respite care, CLS, and behavioral specialist services to children only who are in need of positive mentorship. Duties:
- Provide mentorship and support to children in their home/community setting
-Diligently and consistently collect specific and appropriate patient progress behavior data.
-Teaching, monitoring and providing the child with healthy coping skills to utilize such as exercise, meditation, recreation, art and crafts, journaling, music, and life skills
-Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, parents/guardians, patients, and community stakeholders.
-Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
-Work independently and with your supervisor/case manager to implement treatment plans.
-Complete all required training, projects, session notes, and any other assigned task by the established deadline.
-Meet all clinical and administrative deadlines including data submission, notes, payroll, and other assigned tasks.
-Monitor and document changes in clients behavior
- Accompany clients on outings as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
-Background in education, psychology, ABA, behavioral health, or case managment background preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral health diagnosis and treatment interventions
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other behavorial health diagnosis
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality guidelines

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
