Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all food items
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a line cook preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills:
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Help: Willingness to assist other team members as needed.
- Leadership: Ability to take charge in the kitchen and guide other team members.
