In this role you will support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, as well as build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers. Additionally, this role will ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process; inclusive of communication, troubleshooting and delivery support.
As an Operations Lead, you will ensure business opportunities are improved through efficient sales floor management. In partnership with the Client Care team members, you will facilitate flow of repairs to ensure the aftersales critical metrics are achieved.
With your operational expertise, you will handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion. In addition, you will serve as point person to guide and train store teams on the process and company compliance directives. In collaboration with management, you will assist with the maintenance of the store facility, ensure organization of all back of house areas and act as on-site technological support.
