Vision:
- Develop a Business Plan for the year with the Operator and share with Executive Leadership Team
defining all goals and a plan to reach them.
- Meet with Executive Leadership Team Monthly
- Meet with Senior Leadership Team weekly
- Embody and share Chick-fil-A Vision, Values, & Corporate Purpose to your team
People:
- Continuously develop your team
Monthly meetings with Directors &; Coordinators to challenge &; encourage
- Continuously develop yourself;1 book on Leadership or Personal Growth/2 months. Display for team to see in “What I’m Reading\ ;1 Podcast Weekly on Leadership or Personal Growth. Display for team in “What I’m listening to”
- Sync up with Training Director on Plans for entire team.
- Hold your team accountable for their responsibilities
- Complete evaluations on all Directors in your team on schedule (30:60:90:90)
- Work with Admin Director to complete and distribute the Weekly Schedule on time (Thursday)
Quality; Customer Experience:
- PLAN your schedule to hit all areas of Operations every day (Kitchen, DT, Front Counter, Dining
Room, Facilities)
- Open & Close the restaurant at least one day a week
- Enforce commitment to EXCELLENCE in ALL THINGS, OWNERSHIP, & TEAMWORK
- Cultivate a Food Safety Culture
- Enforce Cleaning lists; implementation with entire staff
- Review Daily Safe Critical with the Kitchen Director
Sales ; Brand Growth
- Post and reiterate all Sales numbers and goals
- Create a competitive, enthusiastic; positive culture towards reaching sales goals (SPI)
- Work in tandem with Directors on catering; community events to ensure REMARKable experiences
for all guests and clients
- Stay up to date on all roll outs, LTO, promotional items
Financial Return
- Complete End of Month Package with Director of Administration & Operator
- Keep labor under 0% Gap ; food cost under .7% Gap
- Ensure good stewardship of all resources
- Compare sales; costs to previous year and project ; plan for coming months/year

Requirements:

Must be available between the hours of 6am-5pm Monday-Saturday.

Must have 5+ years of High Level Leadership experience, preferably in the food industry

Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

Able to analyze the factors which drive a profit and loss statement.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for up to 10 hours at a time Valid driver's license.

Serv Safe Certified (Preferred)
