Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular data cleaning to ensure accuracy
- Generate reports based on the data input
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and database systems
- Strong clerical and basic math skills
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
