Duties:
- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead-generation techniques.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries, and exhibit exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to facilitate loan approvals.
- Actively participate in sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for clients.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and broker responsibilities.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
