Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy and adherence to quality.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization, as well as with our outsourced IT Partner, in order to implement various technologies. You will be accountable for achieving IT project objectives and driving organizational success. Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will troubleshoot, research, and resolve computer related opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- IT Partner Interaction: Serve as the primary point person to interact, communicate, and coordinate with our IT Partner. Prioritize IT work orders (ITWOs) and projects with our IT Partner, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
2. Internal IT Support: Act as the primary point person for our staff when an IT issue arises. Complete minor troubleshooting on-site for IT issues and ensure timely resolution and work with our IT Partner on items exceeding minor troubleshooting. Provide technical support for end user issues via telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face requests.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and complete/update internal reports, including end-of-month (EOM) reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Consolidate information from multiple sources, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- IT Work Orders (ITWOs) Management: Complete minor ITWOs as needed, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Collaborate with our IT Partner and internal stakeholders to address ITWOs effectively, including assisting in gather information and assisting in driving design and implementation of new features in Miller’s enterprise custom software.
- Special Projects: Assist Management with special projects, including providing details and direction to our IT Partner to integrate with 3rd party software vendors. Coordinate project activities and track progress to ensure successful execution.
6. Track and organize end user information, and present ideas and new technology solutions to the Executive Team.
- Use remote support tools to control end user PC’s (e.g. remote desktop)
- Engage end user base to determine opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate value items.
- Evaluate the end user experiences to find areas of inefficiency and opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT project management, coordination, or related roles.
- Specific software experience or qualifications here – Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Web Browsers, Cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees within our company, while determining priorities for successful implementation and completion.
