Carrier Enterprise currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assurance Manager.
Overall:
- The Customer Assurance Manager's primary role is to provide technical support to our customers' field technicians. This important area of our business supports the entire Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied product lines in the Carrier and Bryant families.
- In addition to phone support, job site visits with the dealer are required to assist with problem resolution.
- Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and providing technical product training for our dealers.
- Additionally, this position will support internal customers as needed to secure sales and address post-sale issues.

- Must have exceptional communication skills; knowledge of HVAC design and application; and computer-internet skills. This is a great job for a technician with strong troubleshooting, interpersonal and technical skills.
- 5-10 years HVAC Residential and Commercial service experience.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
