Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Director of Operations for our Virtual Care Services (VCS) team to lead the daily operations of our rapidly growing telehealth program. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality virtual care services to our clients.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare technology a plus.
- Passion for virtual care and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operations:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, case managers, and call center staff.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and workflows to optimize performance.
- Manage data accuracy for VCS operations and clinic reporting, including RN performance, call center performance, and clinic outcomes.
- Analyze call center and RN productivity data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies for scaling VCS operations to meet growing demand.
Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with the IT department to identify and implement technology solutions that improve VCS operations.
- Ensure VCS technology is user-friendly and supportive of expansion in nursing, case management, and call center functions.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan for VCS operations.
- Conduct regular call calibrations and monitor Teams communication channels for potential issues.
Staff Training & Development:
- Develop and implement training programs for nurses, case managers, and call center staff on new platforms, processes, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to VCS staff.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide leadership and direction to the VCS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the Director of Clinical Services, National Director of Client Services, and other key stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
