Our Service Supervisor oversees and coordinates the maintenance operations of multifamily residential communities. Our Service Supervisor leads a team of service technicians, prioritizes tasks, and ensures all equipment and facilities are well-maintained. The role involves managing work orders, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. The Service Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a safe and attractive living environment for residents while promoting efficient operations and resident satisfaction.

- Base Pay: $60,000 - $75,000

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years in supervisory positions of client-driven facilities and maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software and technology necessary for managing work and people.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
