Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the deployment and scheduling of mobile service vehicles to different locations based on demand and priority.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, stocked, and equipped with necessary tools and supplies.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of mobile technicians ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
- Advise customers on recommended services, repairs, and maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and strive to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fleet management, automotive service, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to submit to a background and drug screen
