Job Description:
Phreesia is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to play a critical role in our financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, with a focus on our cost structure. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, the Senior Analyst, FP&A is a high impact position working with business leaders and executives to help plan and execute the company's financial objective. You will work cross-functionally and will have high visibility to executive level leaders, including the CFO.
This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in EST time zone.
Design, build, and maintain a robust financial planning process and model, annual and interim period forecasting, budgeting, and timely reporting (budget vs. actual, KPIs, etc.)
Collaborate with senior management to devise a financial strategy that supports our annual and long-term financial targets, including developing operating assumptions, establishing financial models and forecasts to achieve targets
Ensure ongoing timeliness, integrity, and accuracy of annual budget and ongoing interim forecasts and collaborate with Accounting team to coordinate financial forecasting with actuals results
Establish budget and forecasting reporting tools for executive team and functional leaders to provide improved visibility and accuracy of business projections
Coordinate review of cost structure throughout organization to manage the spend across all functional areas
Gain insights on key economic trends, industries, and other external factors which impact financial modeling
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar areas of study
5+ years of experience in an FP&A role
Experience working at a public company required
1+ years of experience using Workday Adaptive required
Effective communication skills in collaborating with senior leaders to build trust, influence others and anticipate and respond professionally to questions from stakeholders
Advanced modeling skills and project management experience to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Base pay for US is $95,000 – $115,000 USD depending on qualifications.
