**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Rep. to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives. **Duties:** - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Lead negotiations and close agreements with clients - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials - Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities **Requirements:** - Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field - Strong understanding of strategic planning and project management - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
