We are seeking someone with 1+ years of Collections experience with strong Microsoft Excel skills.

As a Collections Support Specialist, you will:

Be comfortable making up to 100 calls per day manually (we do not use an auto dialer).

Call members to collect in early stage delinquency on all loan types such as secured, unsecured, and credit cards.

Input and organize data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

Possess excellent attention to detail skills and organization skills.

Handle response to tickets, emails, voicemails in a timely manner.

Process credit life and disability claims and GAP claims.
Post Trustee payments, initiate repossessions, and work collateral through the liquidation process. -
Maintain a positive attitude, be team oriented, able to accept constructive criticism, and treat each and every member with the compassion and respect they deserve.
We are looking for someone who has:

Stable work history - we like to see candidates that have been in roles for 2+ years or more. Job loyalty is important to us!

Relevant Collections experience of 1+ years.

Graduated high school or equivalent.

The ability to thrive in a very fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Previous call center or teller experience (preferred).

Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to persuade others to take a specific outcome.

Sound decision-making skills and intuitive natured to think on your feet.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products, with strong knowledge of Excel.

Experience with working in multiple systems at one time - comfortable navigating various platforms and computer equipment.

Has flexibility to work shifts during the week between 8-6 with occasional Sat.
