Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Previous experience in wireless sales or a similar retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and store operations.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
