```Duties```
- Manage and oversee daily salon operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate salon staff
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients
- Maintain inventory of salon supplies and products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and record keeping
```Qualifications```
-English and Spanish language are required
- Previous experience in team management minimum 2 years
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to market salon services and increase sales
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of retail management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to handle administrative duties efficiently
