We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CCBHC Clinic Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate and delegate tasks effectively. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee both clinical and administrative operations, ensuring that services are provided timely and in compliance with OMH & OASAS regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services to a small caseload of consumers as needed.
- Supervise and provide clinical oversight to CCBHC Clinicians and interns.
- Monitor high-risk clients and manage incident reporting.
- Oversee the intake and admissions process, ensuring efficient and effective procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with agency, OMH, OASAS, and CCBHC standards.
- Review and ensure the timely and accurate completion of clinical case record documentation.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of clinical care data and outcomes.
- Participate in the mobile crisis team, providing on-call coverage to respond to community-based crises outside of clinic operating hours.
- Orient and train new employees, ensuring adherence to agency policies and standards.
- Collaborate with other CCBHC Supervisors, CCBHC staff, and external service providers to facilitate additional services, including psychiatric rehabilitation, substance use, medication management, physical healthcare, and peer support
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary and closely monitor high-risk cases and incidents.
- Develop effective strategies for case assignment and identify gaps in service provision, following up appropriately.
- Perform other duties consistent with the goals and objectives of the program as directed by the clinic director.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiarity with OMH, OASAS, and CCBHC regulations.
- Knowledge of DSM 5-TR criteria.
- Knowledge and experience of electronic health records (specifically AWARDS by Footholds) preferred.
- Must be able to use outlook, word, excel.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree and LCSW or LMHC required.
- Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and experience in work with families and groups.
- Must be outcome oriented in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
