Mission
The mission of the Office Administrator is to ensure the administrative and accounting operations of the company are run with excellence.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounting: Send out monthly customer invoices, record customer payments, process accounts payable, stay on top of customer collections to keep A/R low, record all transactions in accounting system, perform bank reconciliations, prepare bank deposits, remit sales tax, etc.
- Manage bi-weekly payroll to ensure team is paid accurately
- Onboard new hires for HR/payroll
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person on the team
- Promptly respond to any customer inquiries
- Various other general office/admin duties

- Experienced with technology – you’re fluent with Office 365, particularly Excel. Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting program is preferred.
Other Details
- This is a full-time, salaried position based in Greenville, SC
- This role requires weekly in-office time, but we can discuss hybrid schedules for the right candidates.
- We offer PTO, a SIMPLE IRA and performance bonuses
- Candidates will be asked to provide 3-5 references for reference calls
- Background check and drug screening required prior to employment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
