HACOR, INC. is a top in-flight catering services provider for the airline industry. We are looking for a Full-Time Cook in our Chinese Flight Kitchen. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must be able to resolve problems, understand others, possess team leadership skills and develop people. Must be able to communicate effectively, inspire to build relationships, motivate, and is able to work well with others under pressure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must follow recipes,
Cook a variety of authentic Chinese Dishes,
Work in a fast paced environment,
Be able to work under pressure,
Have good leadership skills
WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 years experience(COOK)
Must be knowledgeable in Food Safety
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Read, and follow food specs and menu guidelines in English
Read and write in English
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift, bend, and push 30 pounds or more on a daily basis.
Stand for long periods of time
Work overtime as required
Handle knives and kitchen tools properly
