The John Tiffany Allstate Agency is seeking Licensed, P&C Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each clients lifestyle.
If you are someone who "never meets a stranger", with a positive attitude that has a strong desire to be mentored and coached on a daily basis to become a top producing Insurance Sales Producer, then we want to talk to you! We are looking for those who have a proven track record in outbound sales with a solid work history and proven job performance that are seeking a high income commissioned sales career!
We have ongoing, on-the-job training and development for career growth, top compensation that rewards high producers, and are able to offer a M- F desirable 9 am - 5 pm work schedule!
- Prior insurance industry experience and P&C Licensed preferred, but we are willing to train and assist with licensing for those who are coachable and have a desire to learn

Total Compensation Package = $60,000 - $90,000 and includes base + commission + bonuses
Salary: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Feel comfortable and confident in making outbound calls to prospective clients.

Prospect for clients via the phone, internet, and in-person.

Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals within our local area.

Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.

Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.
Requirements

Previous experience working in a commissioned sales position a definite plus.

Must already have a WA State Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to study for and pass the state exam
