We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. Responsibilities:
- General overseeing of the day-to-day functions within the dealership accounting office and managing of the accounting office staff.
- Help encourage process development and improvement throughout the store.
- Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and to safeguard the dealership's assets.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Daily bank reconciliation and cash tracking, including credit card, ACH, check/cash deposits and other banking items.
- Account reconciliations, schedule reconciliations
- Floorplan reconciliation, manufacturer inventory reconciliations
- Oversee floorplan audits
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and General Manager in preparing month end, quarterly, and year-end documents and reconciliations
- Provide accounting support to management team.
- Dealertrack Experience and Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred
Experience:
-At least 2 years of relative auto dealership experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.03 - $30.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
