Manager - Workforce Compliance

As Special School District’s (SSD) workforce compliance manager, you will supervise and coordinate all personnel investigations, district leave options, and work accommodations/restrictions. You'll also lead training on critical workforce compliance topics. As the District’s key point of contact and primary subject matter expert on all investigation and leave matters, your expertise in labor relations and compliance, combined with a strong commitment to customer service, will be crucial in ensuring our workforce operates smoothly and in accordance with all regulations.
Managers work 8 AM to 4:30 PM at our Central Office, 11210 Clayton Road, Town & Country, MO. They are generously compensated and receive benefits, including insurance, paid time off and holidays, access to staff health clinics, and more. Occasional travel to other sites in the District and occasional evening hours may be required.
