Supervisor of Client Services
- The Position: We’re looking for a candidate to fill the Supervisor of Client Services position, this position will support the Director of Client Operations.
- Job Type: Full Time Employee
Objective of this role
- Coordinate and Facilitate tasks related to client services, order creation, and order completion.
- Training and maintaining the highest-level standard of client services team.
- Assist in human resource functions for direct reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the client services team by fostering an environment consistent with Innoved’s mission, vision, and values.
- Champion of and for the continued development and refinement of the Innoved Client Experience
- Provide training for newly hired and existing employees to generate consistent team results.
- Execute training that is interactive, creative, meaningful and sets up the employee for success.
- Build and maintain effective connections with client services team members and clientele to produce the best outcomes.
- Manage assignments across entire team to meet employee productivity and error reduction/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Motivate and guide team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to all company policies and procedures, leading by example in maintaining high standards of performance.
- Coordinate logistics and facilitate data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing functions.
- Present and collaborate with management to address any issues within the client services team.
- Assist assigned staff in establishing daily/weekly workflows to accomplish company objectives
- Availability for scheduled weekend and after hour phone coverage as needed.
Additional tasks to include assist other departments as needed, all training is provided
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic work environments, adapt to changing conditions, and address urgent needs effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in managing email correspondence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- A curiosity & a general comfort in working with human cadaveric specimen
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Computer proficiency including working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Turkish a plus
