Interior Supply Inc. is looking for a Project Manager for our Cincinnati Doors Division!

A Typical Day for an Interior Supply Inc. Doors Project Manager:
The PM is responsible for organizing and coordinating to ensure that all new orders and projects are running smoothly. You will also:
- Confirm all door orders and process all submittals before beginning the purchasing process
- Be responsible for all aspects of purchasing for the doors department reviewing all submittals translating into purchase orders while maximizing vendor discounts
- Coordinate delivery time of purchased products to ensure on time deliveries
- Coordinate project schedule with customer communicating any changes to the sales staff
- Prepare work orders for door shop following up with WH team on progress of these orders as needed
- Be responsible for all data entry into order programs and pulling information as necessary for jobs
- Invoice all door orders
- Assist in servicing walk in customers for door sales helping the customer service team as needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction at all times
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar field – preferred
- Experience in the commercial door industry – preferred but not a deal breaker
- Previous experience and proven ability to read diagrams, sketches, and blueprints and Microsoft office skills a huge plus
- Strong level of accuracy, attention to detail, natural customer service skills
