Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, managing office staff, and supporting our team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and address administrative issues.
Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Oversee financial management for the office, including budgeting, payroll, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Manage vendor relationships and office supply inventory.
Provide direct support to senior management as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a financial or accounting firm.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
