JOB DUTIES: Create Test Strategy documents, designs automation frameworks. Participate in proto types, create proto types, perform end to end testing, and create tracebility metrix and automation scripts using industry automation tools. Participate in performance solutions, design or create performance scripts and generate performance loads. Produce automation metrics, lead automation teams, monitor automation usage and use automation for projects and agile projects. Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of advanced, cloud -first, test automation architecture and frameworks that can be leveraged enterprise-wide for test automation from unit testing through system integration testing. Recruits and manages teams of developers, including Senior SDETs, SDETs and performance engineers, ensuring consistently high standards for scalability, reliability and performance testing. Solve complex technical problems within and between various technology stacks. Collaborate and partner with application development/ Operations/ DevOps leadership to pursue and attain a culture of Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment. Identify new industry tools and products that enable test automation to efficiently scale and evolve with business needs. Develop enterprise-wide standards for test automation and ensure compliance. Prepare technical presentations and communications and deliver presentations to various levels of technical and non-technical leaders. Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have four (4) years of experience in each of the following skills: building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks that support a variety of technology stacks including web, services, windows and mobile applications; programming languages: Java and Powershell; Selenium Web Driver using Java, including Selenium Grid; continuous integration tool such as Jenkins, Bamboo or Concourse; building automated tests of services using REST and SOAP; and service virtualization and creating stubs.
OFFERED WAGE: $161,096 - $194,400/year
