Dynamis is seeking a Human Capital/Junior Workforce Planning Consultant to conduct a full scope of workforce planning and analytics activities including data analytics, workforce trend analysis, forecasting and supply/demand gap analysis to inform workforce strategies. This position is responsible for providing input into short and long-term workforce planning processes using business data and workforce metrics and identifying areas of process improvement, gathering and analyzing workload-related data, developing analytical models, forecasting workforce requirements, and coordinating workforce planning activities across the organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Human Capital/Junior Workforce Planning Consultant, you will:
- Work with senior Executive level Government personnel on highly sensitive and complex strategic human capital issues, challenges, and activities.
- Develop and execute, multi-faceted workforce programs and, projects that may include assessment, planning, data gathering, analysis, feedback, recommendations, reports, and other related work.
- Leverage knowledge of Federal Human Resource/Human Capital management laws, policy, and methodology to identify mission critical position and skill requirements, analyze gaps, recommend staffing, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
