We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our online/retail location in Tempe, Az . The Customer Service Representative will respond to emails from customers, provide product information, process refunds/exchanges and resolve any customer concerns regarding their orders with accuracy and efficiency. The best Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers, and problem solving should come naturally. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and answer emails from customer.
- Process returns and exchanges accurately.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain a stocked, clean, and presentable retail front.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customers accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Proficiency with MAC/iOS systems.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
