Director of Facilities and Transportation‐Effective Immediately
Reports to the President and serves on the Administrative Council. Serve as the chief facility,
transportation, and maintenance officer. Ensures that all campus buildings and the grounds are
maintained in accordance with a regular custodial and ground keeping schedule. Maintain an inventory
and control system for all college property and equipment. Supervises all custodial services, grounds
services, utility repair, and vehicle maintenance. Transport athletic teams, college choirs and field trips.
Develop plans and specifications for all renovation projects on campus involving external contractors.
Supervises the preparation of all facilities and equipment needed for outdoor events on the campus
grounds. Prepares annual report and detail recommendations for improvement. Please submit resume
