2nd shift standard work schedule:
Mon - Thur 5:00 pm - 3:30 am
(RemArms, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the shift schedule)
Assembly Operators inspect, assemble, and adjust gun action including gallery testing and packing on a variety of firearms. Operators will shift to various models to develop flexibility of skills. Although the assembly operations or duties involved may vary in accordance with the model, the basic assembly procedures are the same for most model guns.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities (\*Essential Functions)
- Observe all departmental and plant safety rules and regulations.
- Serve as a team member to solve problems or implement positive improvements.
- Communicate issues and status of previous issues to co-workers (log book).
- Continuous physical inspection, make adjustments, and test function of finished parts.
- Visually inspect all parts to establish any defects that may occur during handling parts and final assembled gun.
- Assemble parts per process.
- Perform repairs on a daily basis.
- Count work and maintain daily production records.
- Complete necessary tracking transactions.
- Maintain tools needed for function.
- Maintain clean, uncluttered work area.
- Produce parts on a production level.
- Learn several jobs and rotate as required.
- Overtime may be required.

- This is a start-up, fast-paced small organization. The ability to be productive and successful in an intense work environment is critical.
- Medium to fast paced modern production facility.
- Work will involve close proximity to moving machinery
- Limited exposure to chemicals and solutions per documented MSDS publications
Requirements:Qualifications, Educational Skills and Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 0-2 years in a manufacturing/production environment
Language: Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language to perform the following:
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervision
- Read and comprehend process instructions
- Record pertinent process information as required
Other Qualifications:
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Safety oriented
- Organization skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Successful completion of S4
- Demonstrated ability to perform finished firearms repairs
- Demonstrated ability to change over assembly lines for all sku’s

- Must be able to stand on a continuous basis.
- Requires occasional bending or stooping and squatting/crouching.
- Reaching over head and pulling and pushing parts
- Use both hands to grasp, firmly /turn and fine manipulation.
- Lifting at least 30 pounds on a continuous a basis
- Use hand tool and some power tools

Pay: $17.94 - $18.69 per hour
