-Provide safe and reliable transportation to patients to and from medical appointments and related services.
-Assist patients boarding and alighting from vehicles, including the use of wheelchairs, stretchers, and other specialized equipment as required. a) Demonstrate compassion towards patients while adhering to all applicable safety and transport protocols. b.) Provide basic medical assistance and first aid to patients as needed during transportation.
-Ensure all necessary medical equipment is on board and functional, and maintain a well-stocked medical kit. Perform pre-trip inspections on assigned vehicles to maintain a clean, safe, and properly functioning vehicle.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs, documenting mileage, fuel usage, and other key indicators related to hours driven and passenger loads.
-Coordinate transit schedules provided by dispatch and transport team members to ensure safe and efficient service, utilizing effective communication skills and techniques.
-Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports detailing medical interventions, accidents, injuries, and any incidents that occur during transportation or throughout the entire working shift.
-Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to driving, transporting patients, and medical equipment, including strict adherence to all privacy and confidentiality requirements.
-Follow established emergency procedures in the event of an accident, injury, or unexpected medical emergency.
-Maintain an up-to-date EMT certification through consistent participation in training, continuing education, and skill enhancement.
- Attend regular training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to maintain industry knowledge and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, contributing to an overall positive work environment and culture of service excellence.
Required Qualifications and Certifications:
Valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
Valid Driver License with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated compassion and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation: $22-$25 per/hr, $2 Bonus per Trip + Benefits
Note: Applicants must be comfortable lifting medium-to-heavy weights for short durations.
