Services include medial device repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, education and training, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and equipment sales.
We at JC Biomedical Inc. are looking for an intelligent, friendly and personable individual with clerical experience to fill the role of an Office Assistant performing office and receptional duties. We are looking for someone with a somewhat flexible schedule early on through the training process, who will be willing to train during late afternoon, early evening hours, but will have the option to transition to a prefferred, but routine schedule.
Initiall Training Schedule: M, T ,W, and F with optional Saturdays. Starting at 1-3PM-7-9PM. This initial training schedule has some flexibility, and will be discussed and agreed upon during hiring process. Training will last 3-6 weeks depending on the experience and devolpment of the individual.
After training is completed you will have the option to transition to a prefferred, but routine schedule and will be expected to work 30-36 hours per week with some daytime hours. This schedule will be discussed and agreed upon by employer and employee.

Job Duties include:
- Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables
- Invoicing
- Performing Bookkeeping duties in Quickbooks
- Scheduling Service Visits
- Operating a Computerized Maintenance Management Software
- Organizing and Processing Maintenance Records
- Placing orders for supplies and service parts and monitoring orders
- Communicating with Customers and Vendors assuring orders are received on time and transactions are properly carried out
- Writing and submitting estimates
- Receptional duties, taking and relaying messages

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be able to pass a backround check and commute to job reliably
