```Duties:```
Manual Lathe Machinist Experience, Mechanical Experience, working within a climate-controlled environment. Electrical motor knowledge to reassemble equipment.
- Disassemble, Inspect and Rebuild Submersible Wastewater Pumps, Potable Water Booster Pumps and Mechanical Gear Boxes related to the Water and Wastewater Industry.
Understanding and installation knowledge of bearings, mechanical seals, gears
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using precision measuring instruments
- Analyze pump curves, schematics, and manuals to determine proper installation and repair procedures
- Fabricate and weld metal components a plus
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills, including experience with industrial maintenance
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their concerns
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
