Growing Central Indiana area hospital system as a leading hospital provider of post-acute health care services is seeking a Post-Acute Nurse Manager (RN) to be a member of the administrative leadership team. This position reports directly to the CCO. The Nurse Manager maintains oversight of clinical operations. He/she participates in the financial success of the company through the development and implementation of individualized position controls, staffing matrices and patient acuity systems. He/she participates in the selection, onboarding and mentoring of hospital’s clinical staff members. He/she is responsible for assuring clinical employees are knowledgeable and accountable to company standards, regulatory requirements and compassionate care. The Nurse Manager has a strong working knowledge of post-acute regulations and works toward survey preparedness.

Qualifications/ Job Requirements
· BSN graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
· Current unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
· Demonstrated progressive management/leadership with two years inpatient post-acute hospital leadership experience.
· Strong organizational, management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
· Current BLS & ACLS Certifications
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with positive and professional demeanor.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to be flexible to the daily changing needs within the community and to handle obstacles with compassion and resolve.
· Intermediate computer knowledge.
