Requirements:

Data Entry of medical information regarding covered members incurred claims under their Employee Health Plan. The information to be entered will include Medical Provider details, diagnoses, medical procedures and costs.

The information is confidential and covered by HIPAA regulations.

HIPAA training will be provided. Agreement to abide by all HIPAA regulations is mandatory.

Completed assignments will be tracked and audited for accuracy. 99% accuracy must be maintained to maintain employment.
