Our company is Intelligent Office. We provide reception and administrative support services to a variety of businesses in an entirely new way. It’s different, it’s exciting and it’s never monotonous. Intelligent Office brings big business infrastructure to any sized business through friendly and professional administrative support and premier office space.
We have an immediate need for a person with good communications skills, great at multi tasking, handling an array of administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing emails and calendars of busy executives, and work a very active switchboard. The right candidate would need to also attend Networking Events, assist with tours/sales of services.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a high volume switch board
- Customer service to a diverse client base
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Calendar management
- CRM Data Entry
- Managing Client Emails
- Greet and assist onsite guests and clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks such as filing, spreadsheets, copying, faxing, etc
- Networking/Sales
We’re hiring a person with the right attitude. We will train you. We do use computers, so proficiency with Windows-based software and task management skills are required.
We work in an upscale office environment with a fair amount of personal interaction with our clients. We are looking for a confident and articulate person who makes a good first impression in person as well as on the phone. Also, this is a job with a variety of tasks, not all of which are done routinely. If your looking for daily variation in tasks this is the job for you. If your looking for a fixed routine and no ability for critical thinking, please do not apply!
Our office is open 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. There is no weekend work, there’s no evening work and there’s no travel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and/or call center experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Computer skills (Microsoft, Google, Social Media)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Networking/Sales Experience
- Vibrate, Outgoing Personality is a Plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
